Membership Agreement

Membership Overview: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of membership with the HNF community. 

Enrollment Fee: 

  • A one-time enrollment fee of $75 is required upon joining. 

Quarterly Dues: 

  • Members are required to pay $150 on a quarterly basis. 
  • Payments will be automated via the credit card on file. 

Payment Terms: 

  • If payment is unsuccessful, you will have 7 days to correct the issue. Failure to do so will result in termination of your membership. 

Refund Policy: 

  • There will be no refunds issued unless a member is moving. 
  • Proof of moving documents is required for any refund request. 
  • Refunds will be prorated. For example, if you move in the middle of the second month, you will receive a refund for the third dues only. 

Important Information: 

  • Members are encouraged to keep their payment information updated to avoid any disruptions in membership. 
  • Any changes to membership status or dues will be communicated in advance.
  • By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive communication regarding your membership and community events. 
  • Members should inform HNF of any significant changes in their circumstances that may affect their membership.
