Membership Overview: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of membership with the HNF community.
Enrollment Fee:
A one-time enrollment fee of $75 is required upon joining.
Quarterly Dues:
Members are required to pay $150 on a quarterly basis.
Payments will be automated via the credit card on file.
Payment Terms:
If payment is unsuccessful, you will have 7 days to correct the issue. Failure to do so will result in termination of your membership.
Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds issued unless a member is moving.
Proof of moving documents is required for any refund request.
Refunds will be prorated. For example, if you move in the middle of the second month, you will receive a refund for the third dues only.
Important Information:
Members are encouraged to keep their payment information updated to avoid any disruptions in membership.
Any changes to membership status or dues will be communicated in advance.
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive communication regarding your membership and community events.
Members should inform HNF of any significant changes in their circumstances that may affect their membership.
