Effective: November 14th, 2024

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. 

Refund Calculation

• Refunds for cancellations will be calculated based on the number of payments remaining and the time before the trip departure date. 
• Cancellation Timeframes: 
• Cancellations made within [X] days/weeks/months before the trip departure date will be subject to the following refund schedule: 
  • 90 days before the trip: 50% of total payments excluding the deposit.
  • 60 days before the trip: 25% of total payments excluding the deposit. 
  • 30 days before the trip: NO REFUND 

Example

• A trip requires a total of 4 payments, including the deposit, and has a departure date of July 1st. 
• If a participant cancels: 
• 90 days before the trip (with 3 payments remaining): 50% refund of payments made after the deposit.

• 60 days before the trip (with 2 payments remaining): 25% refund of payments made after the deposit. 
• 30 days before the trip (with 1 payment remaining): No refund, as the cancellation falls within the non-refundable period.

Exceptions

In case of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the discretion of the trip organizer. 

• Cancellation Process: 
• To cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. 
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
