Thank you for your interest in joining the HeyNewFriends (HNF) affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: The HNF affiliate program is open to all community supporters who wish to refer new members to HeyNewFriends.
• Payouts: Affiliates will receive compensation for successful referrals according to the terms outlined below. Please note that affiliate earnings cannot be used to pay for membership dues or any other HNF services.
• Referral Earnings:

• • Affiliates will receive commission for each new member sign-up referred through their unique affiliate link.
    • Commission rates are as follows: Commitment Issues Referral = $5.40 per sign up, Friends with Benefits referral = $9 per sign up, Friends with Benefits annual referral = $15 per sign up

• Payment: Payments will be made to affiliates on a quarterly basis, via the selected payment method.
• Minimum Subscription Period: For referrals who sign up for the Commitment Issues and Friends with Benefits Monthly plans, affiliates will earn commission only after the referred member remains subscribed for at least three months.
• Yearly Cap: There is a yearly cap on affiliate earnings, which is set at $500. Once an affiliate reaches this cap, they will not earn further commissions for the remainder of the calendar year.
• Compliance: Affiliates are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when promoting HNF and the affiliate program. This includes, but is not limited to, providing accurate information, and obtaining necessary permissions from referred individuals.
• Changes to Terms: HNF reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
• Termination: HNF reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
