Members must cancel their quarterly membership plans at least 14 days prior to the billing date for the next quarter. Cancellations made within 14 days of the billing date will take effect at the start of the following quarter.

Please note: If a cancellation request is submitted after the billing date and during the current quarter, no refunds will be issued. The member will remain enrolled and continue to have access until the quarter ends.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. Requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
