(Missing In Action) Policy

HNF relies on reservations being honored by our Members and adequate notice given of any changes or cancellations. Accordingly, the following applies: 

Cancellation Deadline: 

If you need to cancel your RSVP, you must do so by the stated RSVP deadline. 

Cancellation Fee: 

If you cancel after the RSVP deadline, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the event cost. This helps us cover expenses such as non-refundable vendor fees or the inability to fill your spot. 

After the RSVP Deadline: 

If a cancellation is necessary after the deadline, you have two options: 

  1. Pay the 50% cancellation fee. 
  2. Transfer your RSVP to another eligible member. Please note: It is your responsibility to arrange and confirm the transfer with HNF in advance.
